Spooner Road第1座与第2座的住家派发食品，愿神和人悦纳这分爱心行动。
2.2.为社区有需要的家庭筹款“给学生打气”
通过今年在Spooner Road的服事，我们列下100个儿童与青少年为赞助对象，期待透过筹款，让他们每人可以有一双新的校鞋和一些新文具，预备2014年回去学校上课，这将是一份美好的圣诞礼物。受惠的孩子将获得30元的Bata礼券和大众书局20元的礼券，好让他们可以去买一双新的校鞋，和一些适用的文具。
如果你愿意爱心赞助，来祝福这些孩子，你可开一张支票给教会，支票背页写“社区服务，给学生打气”，然后交到四楼的收奉献的柜台，或者你可以自行去购买礼券，然后交给李风宁长老或廖乃慧传道。请奉献!请代祷！
1. Children’s Camp: The Children’s Camp will be held this year on 5-7 December. The theme for this year is “Armour of God”. Please pray for the children who are participating in the camp and for all the co-workers who are serving in this camp. May God’s love and grace be manifested during the camp.
2. Jubilee Community Service:
2.1 Our fourth “Operation Manna” event of this year will be held on 8 December (Sunday) in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Church volunteers will go to Blocks 1 and 2 in Spooner Road to give out food to the families there, may God and the people accept this act of love.
2.2 Fundraising for the families in need in the community to “cheer the students on”
Through serving Spooner Road this year, we identified 100 children and youths to sponsor, hopefully with the funds raised, they can each have a pair of new school shoes and some new stationery, so they are ready to return to school in 2014. This shall be a beautiful Christmas present for them. The beneficiaries shall receive vouchers of $30 from Bata and $20 from Popular Book Storer, so that they can buy a new pair of school shoes and some stationery.
If you would like to sponsor and bless these children, you may write a cheque to the church. Please write “Community Service, Cheer for the Students”, then hand it to the offering counter on the fourth floor, or you may purchase the vouchers on your own and pass them to Elder Jonathan Lee or Pastor Liau Nai Fwei.
