请继续记念教会事工的运作和进展,到目前为止我们已经作了两次的工作坊,接下来需要的是督促,跟进和执行。另外有几方面的考量:
Please continue to pray for the functioning and progress of the church ministries. So far, we have conducted two workshops, the next one we need to conduct will be on supervision, follow-up and implementation. We also need to consider several other aspects :
1.例常会议:
1.1.教牧每周会议内容系统化:每周轮流按区会牧养,装备,全教会事项,教牧需要和主理牧师反馈和跟进项目等内容进行。
1.2.长执会的定位:重新确定长执会会议的重点和角色。
1 routine meetings:
1.1 Content for the weekly pastoral team meeting: Weekly rotations of discussion on shepherding, equipping, whole church matters, pastoral needs and feedback by the reverend and follow up on the on-going projects etc.
1.2 Position of the Session: to redefine the focus and roles of the sessions meetings.
2.事工发展的督导:各事工正按计划开展工作,长执会当如何运筹帷幄?目前虽然大部分事工已经作了规划,但我们需要进一步整合所有的方案,也包括区会的工作计划,以便规划出整体教会的大事件,以致处理资源分配的工作。
2 Development of supervisory ministry: each ministry is working according to plan, how should the committee stategise and execute better? At present, although most of the ministries have been making plans, we need to further integrate all the programs, including zonal work plans, so as to plan out the overall church plans, and allow proper deployment of resources.
3.事工职务任期:会议议决除了章程规定的职务任期,其他事工的负责人(主席)的任期将一律为两年,从2013年开始实行。但是行政上,长执会每年还是必须对每一个事工主席做评估以确定教会的人力资源达到各尽其职的果效。
3 Ministry tenure : Meeting resolved that in addition to the tenure of the articles of association, the term of office for other persons in charge of the ministry ( Chairperson ) shall be for two years has been implemented from 2013. But from an administrative viewpoint, the session still needs to assess and evaluate each ministry’s chairperson to ensure that the church’s manpower use is effective.
